I came to Wilkes because I wanted a small school that was both close to home and academically challenging. Fun fact: I grew up on a farm with horses and lots of other animals!

I’m from Girardville, PA, a tiny little town an hour south of campus. I am currently a junior here at Wilkes. I am the major events chair of Programming Board (event planning on campus); currently, I am planning a concert for the spring! I am also the junior class secretary of Nursing Student Organization. I’m looking forward to going to Florida with the honors program to serve at Give Kids the World this summer. A fun fact about me is that I will be traveling to the Dominican Republic for spring break! In the DR we will be helping in ESL classes and home visits! This will be my first time out of the county and I couldn’t be more thrilled!

I am from Littlestown, PA. As an Environmental Engineering major, I am interested in having a sustainable lifestyle and encouraging others to do so too. Last summer, I traveled to Scotland and Ireland with the honors program, and this summer, I am traveling to France with them as well! I've had the opportunity to work on additional research through the Honors portion of some of my classes. I have studied microplastics in the air right on Wilkes campus! I am also currently doing research on analyzing carbon and nitrogen isotopes from sediment cores to determine ecosystem and climate conditions over the last 15,000 years at Lake Lacawac!

Hello! I am a sophomore commuter from Wapwallopen PA, about 35 minutes away from Wilkes (which, I can honestly say I have really learned to love the drive). I have lived in Wapwallopen for most of my life, and graduated locally from Nanticoke High School. I am a math major! I love dedicating my time to traveling, listening to music, investing in artsy projects (crocheting, scrapbooking, painting), video gaming, and hanging out with my school peers. Many fun facts about myself; my family and myself are of Native Hawaiian ethnicity, I’ve lived in many different states, my best friend is my cat, and my absolutely favorite thing to do is eat out at new restaurants and enjoy tasty dishes.

I was born in New York but now live in Stroudsburg, PA. I currently have an undeclared major; however, I have a broad background and interest in education, literature, history, business, and some sciences. So far, at Wilkes, I've gotten involved in student government as the class of 2027 treasurer, joined the chess club, and enjoyed getting to know the rest of the campus and the Honors program. Outside of my academic interests, I enjoy working out, hiking, writing, reading, listening to music, and playing Stardew Valley. A semi-fun fact about myself is that all of my fingers are double-jointed. Overall, I'm a pretty laid-back person who's simply trying to make the most of their time here at Wilkes.

I am from Exeter, Pennsylvania and my pronouns are she/they. I adore animals and spending as much time with them as I can: either it be a comfortable inside setting or outside around a farm. I am an actor, poet, writer, and musician. I started performing onstage when I was 7 and haven’t stopped since. Reading is how I connect to the world around me. As a theater major, almost all of my time is spent at the Dorothy Dickson Darte Center. I love all sorts of music and have such a strong connection to it and how it has impacted my life. I listen to artists such as Taylor Swift, boygenius, Måneskin, Noah Kahan, and MUNA.
