Numerous departments on the Wilkes campus are available to help make sure your event or meeting is successful!

Campus Support Services

  • Facilities sets-up rooms for events and provides tables, chairs, podiums, decorative “pull-up” retractable banners and garbage receptacles.  They also provide custodial services before and after events.
  • Work order requests should be submitted to 2fix@wilkes.edu email link to be entered into their system.  Please do so at least a week in advance of your event.
  • Be as specific as possible when it comes to the layout of your space.  The events team can provide guidance if you’re unsure what would work best for you.

Wilkes University Police Department

  • The Wilkes University Police Department is committed to providing a safe environment for students, faculty, staff and campus visitors.
  • Wilkes operates two shuttles that can be reserved for transportation to or from campus. To request shuttle service, please submit a shuttle reservation request.
  • Buildings on the Wilkes campus require ID access for entry and permits are required for on-campus parking lots. To request building or room access, submit a room access request. To discuss your event or meeting's parking needs, please contact publicsafety@wilkes.edu email link.
