For any lost or destroyed print diplomas, complete the Replacement Diploma Order Form (.pdf) and send it with payment to:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Replacement diplomas are printed in the current format, including the signatures of the current President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
