Voice training at Wilkes offers a healthy approach to the development of the vocal instrument. With studio classes that explore classical to Broadway repertoire, cabaret performance and audition techniques, the musical theatre student strengthens skills and confidence in a personal, professional and relaxed environment.
What We Offer
Wilkes offers private voice lessons and personal practice rooms with piano. Training in music and keyboard skills are additional foundational elements in the Wilkes Musical Theatre curriculum.
With two annual musical theatre mainstage productions, senior capstone cabarets, end of semester voice class recitals, choral and chamber singers tours and concerts, the student of voice is never without a performance opportunity.
