Wilkes University Small Business Development Center Celebrates Small Business Week

Join the Wilkes SBDC in celebrating National Small Business Week Sept. 13-15. This year’s theme the highlights resilience and renewal of the small business economy as they build back better from the economic crisis brought on by a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic.

Every year since 1963, the President of the United States has issued a proclamation announcing National Small Business Week, which recognizes the critical contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Did You Know...

More than half of Americans either own or work for a small business, and they create about two out of every three new jobs in the U.S. each year.
