Opportunities for a Fellow
The Fellow will have the opportunity to work within Immunology and Inflammation (I&I) in Clinical Development. The Fellow will also gain exposure to other functional areas based on individual interest including Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Pharmacoepidemiology, Regulatory Affairs, and Research and Development.
The Fellow is appointed as adjunct faculty at Wilkes University. Academic opportunities include didactic teaching, precepting pharmacy students, global presentations, and projects. The Fellow will be a primary resource to the student chapter of Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO).

About the Fellowship
- The Fellow(s) will be a core member of the Immunology & Inflammation (I&I) therapeutic area to support clinical development of immune-mediated disease treatments.
- The Fellow(s) will gain a foundational understanding of drug biology and disease biology to generate data that deepens our understanding of how drugs influence disease progression and safety.
- The Fellow(s) will collaborate with our Commercial team to align the Target Product Profile (TPP) and Target Value Proposition (TVP) to shape the project development strategy and execution plan.
- The Fellow(s) will assist in drafting key clinical documents (such as protocols and informed consent forms), ensuring appropriate medical oversight during trials, developing global regulatory submission strategies, and managing interactions with health authorities worldwide.
To become a valuable member of the clinical development team through technical training and hands-on experiences in the drug development process.
During this two-year Clinical Development Fellowship, the Fellow(s) will be involved in the following functions:
- The Fellow(s) will serve on a cross functional drug development team focused on the development and implementation of the program-specific strategy.
- The Fellow(s) will support the Clinical Research Director (CRD) in clinical science aspects of the program. Assists the CRD in creating the clinical development plan (CDP) at all stages of the program.
- The Fellow(s) will support the preparation of clinical data and other documents for governance and other presentations.
