Dance Classes
Dance classes are offered to students ages 3 and up, for beginners and pre-professional dancers. All classes are taught by the professional and esteemed faculty of the Degnan Ballet Center and are appropriately constructed for the level of each student.
Ballet/Pointe, Variations, Contemporary
Training is conducted from the classical tradition of Russia’s Kirov Ballet.
Summer Dance Intensive Pilates
Training in pilates focuses on increasing core strength and mobility thru stretching and movement in order to improve overall physical health.
Summer Dance Intensive Yoga
Practicing yoga involves using a system of poses, breathing exercises and behaviors that are designed to heal, purify and bring awareness to both mind and body.
