2023 Holiday Card Contest

Calling all creative Colonels – President and Mrs. Cant invite Wilkes students to submit a design to be featured on the President’s Office’s official holiday card!

For the fourth year in a row, the campus community will have the chance to vote on their favorite piece of student artwork. The winning submission will be printed on thousands of cards and the lucky artist will receive a prize pack of gift cards and Wilkes swag valued at more than $250.

Details

• All current Wilkes students are invited to submit artwork/photography and all members of the campus community will asked to vote for their favorite design. 
• All forms of artwork/design/photography may be submitted. Submissions should feature some part of the campus. The design doesn’t need to include text, but should complement greetings like “Happy Holidays”, “Happy New Year” or “Season’s Greetings”. The card should not focus on a specific religious holiday.
• The Wilkes marketing department will format the design for print. Artist information will be included on the back of the card.

Design Specifications

• Submissions can be shared with the President’s Office via this form external website, or by emailing Bridget Giunta.
• Entries should be submitted in a press quality PDF or high-resolution jpeg file (300 dpi). Please leave some room around your design so marketing can place it in the card template without losing any details of your work. Vertical and horizontal layouts may be submitted.
• Official Wilkes branding (“W” logo and seal) will be included on the back of the card and should not be incorporated into entries.
• Submissions should not contain profanity, trademarks, logos or copyrighted works of any kind.
