Jennifer Blaine is a dedicated professional with more than 25 years of experience in the airline and pharmacy customer service industries, committed to delivering exceptional results through collaboration, innovation, and attention to detail, and to building meaningful relationships by providing outstanding service, overcoming challenges with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-focused approach. She adapts quickly to new opportunities, embraces continuous learning in all aspects of life, and believes that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. She is excited to work with students, faculty, and colleagues to develop effective strategies that foster success. Jennifer lives in Northeastern PA and has five children, two of whom are attending Wilkes University. Formerly in Facilities, she now serves as the office assistant for Creative Writing and Performing Arts.
