Come and visit Henry's Food Court at lunch on Friday October 9, 2009 as we welcome Sodexo Global Chef Francisco "Paco" Manzano.  Chef Paco looks forward to sharing the exotic flavors of Spain with you, such as Paella, Spanish Omelets, and Gazpacho.  Chef Paco has for the past eight years led the culinary team at Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM), one of Spain's most prestigious international universities, where they serve a truly global student body.
