Wilkes Golfers Fall To Rival King's, 321-364
Colonels to host Scranton on Thursday at Wyoming Valley Country Club
Sean Apanovich and Frank Schiel shared medalist honors with identical scores of 78 to lead the King's College golf team to a 321-360 victory over Wilkes University Wednesday at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.
Apanovich and Schiel were both six-over par at the par-72 course. King's Mike Kane finished third with an 80 while Brian Rogish and Mike Wagner posted scores of 85 for the Monarchs.
Wilkes was led by Carmen Winters who shot an 86 while Ben Gerhart and Luke Pisarcik posted scores of 90 and 92 respectively for the Colonels.
