Online Buddhist Meditation Starts Tuesday, Sept. 29
Feeling stressed and anxious? Interested in trying out Buddhist meditation?
Join us as we experiment with online sitting meditation beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at 5 p.m. We will meet every Tuesday for about 40 minutes via Google Meet. Each session will involve a short dharma talk and then sitting meditation.
Anyone interested is welcome. No experience is needed.
For our first session, we will begin with an explanation of the basics of Buddhist meditation.
