Online Buddhist Meditation Continues Each Tuesday

Interested in trying out Buddhist meditation?  Join us as we practice sitting meditation in online sessions every at 5 p.m. every Tuesday. We meet for about 40 minutes via Google Meet. Each session will involve a short dharma talk and then sitting meditation.

Anyone interested is welcome.  No experience is needed.
