Apply for a WBS Penguins Internship by Feb. 5

Wilkes University students are eligible to apply for a NEW two-semester internship with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, for the 2020-21 academic school year.

The 6-credit internship will be offered to a student who is: a sophomore or junior for the 2020-21 school year, majoring in sports management, management, marketing, hospitality, supply chain management, accounting, financial investments, corporate finance or digital design and media art, high-achieving, motivated and has experience working with an organization or club.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

The fall semester will be spent rotating between departments including, but not limited to: sales, communications, operations, marketing. The spring semester will be focused on one of those departments for 10 to 15 weeks. The student will earn 6 internship credits for both semesters.
