OTTL Announces Increased D2L SupportDo you sometimes run into difficulties with your online or technology-enhanced course after the Help Desk and the University close?
Currently, you either try to figure it out yourself, email someone in OTTL and wait for a response, or wait until the Help Desk reopens. You don't need to wait any longer!
Direct end-user support from D2L specialists will now be available during Wilkes’ Help Desk off-hours (including weekends) beginning Monday, Jan. 27.
Any D2L user, faculty or student, will be able to contact D2L End-User Support Services (EUSS) via live chat, phone or email for assistance when our Help Desk is closed and OTTL staff are not available. No more waiting until the next business day to get assistance when you are unsure of how to do something in D2L or something in your course seems broken.
A link to access these services will be available in D2L/LIVE on the homepage in the Helpful Resources widget beginning Monday, Jan. 27.
See the OTTL website for the full announcement.
