The Permanent Representative from Costa Rica to the United Nations, Ambassador Rodrigo A. Carazo will present "Small Country in World Affairs."

Dr. Rodrigo A. Carazo is the Permanent Representative of Costa Rica to the United Nations. Ambassador Carazo has also served as a consultant for International Organizations (Governmental, Intergovernmental, Non-Governmental), as well as for private entities and has 48 years of experience as a businessman in commercial, industrial, tourist, agricultural and service sectors.

He also served as a university professor in Costa Rica at the University of Peace. He is a member of the board of the public Distance University in Costa Rica and has served as a university professor in the United States. He holds a law degree from the University of Costa Rica and a degree in economic and social sciences from the University of Costa Rica, a Ph.D. in political science and international relations from the University of Geneva-Switzerland and has completed further studies in history and international law.
