Exercise Challenge 2019: Walk to the Moon

If you have not been logging, there’s still time! You have until Friday, March 8 to backlog your steps and exercise. 

We are competing as a Wilkes team and we need to keep logging our steps to accomplish our goal of “Walking to the Moon” by the end of April. The University Staff Advisory Committee, in partnership with the new Wellness Committee partnered with King’s College, Misericordia University, University of Scranton and Luzerne County Community College in this 16-week challenge. 

Workouts are logged each week and you can log your workouts by either miles, minutes, or steps. All minutes and miles will be converted into steps. You can log workouts only one time per day, so if you do multiple workouts wait until you have completed all of your workouts for the day and then enter the total for the day. *Note: once submit your workout for the day you will not be able to log additional time to that day. 

Let’s stay motivated and work as a team to achieve our goal!

Don’t forget, you can join the Wellness Committee for yoga on Wednesdays in March and that’s an easy exercise to log, too!
