Pi Sigma Alpha Presents "The Legal and Political Checks on the President"

The Wilkes University chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha presents a talk on "The Legal and Political Checks on the President" at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, in Marts 214.

Scott R. Meinke, professor of political science at Bucknell University, and Michael Dimino, professor of law at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, will be exploring the mechanisms of control that Congress can utilize over the president and what the outcomes might be.
