Join the Red Cross #MissingTypes Movement
Without A, B and O, we can't save anybody. Help fill the gaps!
The #MissingTypes blood drive is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 8, in the Henry Student Center lounge. Please register by visiting redcrossblood.org and enter Wilkes to schedule an appointment.
You can have an immediate, profound impact in replacing the #MissingTypes alongside iconic brands this summer!
Join the global #MissingTypes movement TODAY to reverse this trend.
- Remove As, Bs and Os – Today through June 30, remove the As, Bs, and Os from your name on familiar elements like an email signature, badge, social media handle, company sign, or organizational logo. Illustrate the impact of the missing letters on the familiar world. Be creative.
- Spread awareness of the never-ending need for blood donation on social media platforms using #MissingTypes. Join the movement to access tools like logos, flyers, social media messages and more to make sharing easy!
- Ask your friends, family and colleagues face-to-face about becoming a blood donor and encourage them to extend the invitation to a buddy–they can all be lifesavers!
Your support of the Missing Types campaign will help ensure that more people are donating blood and more lives are saved.
Walk in donors welcome.

P.S.S.
