Buddhist Meditation Sessions Begin Jan. 29
Weekly meditation sessions for anyone wanting to practice sitting and walking meditation
in the style of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh will begin Tuesday, Jan. 29 promptly at
Sessions will be held each Tuesday through the semester. Sessions run from 4:45 until 5:30 p.m. and are held in the Kirby Salon on the first floor of Kirby Hall.
No experience is needed. There will be a brief explanation of the practices at the beginning of Tuesday's session. If you can't make it Tuesday, you're welcome to come another week. If you’d like more information, email Dr. Paul at email@example.com.
The sessions are open to students, faculty, staff, community members ... anyone who is interested.
