Buddhist Meditation Sessions Start Tuesday, Feb. 5
We were unable to start last week due to the snow, so our weekly meditation sessions
for anyone wanting to practice sitting and walking meditation in the style of Zen
master Thich Nhat Hanh will begin on Tuesday, Feb. 5 promptly at 4:45 p.m.
Sessions will be held each Tuesday through the semester. Sessions run from 4:45 until 5:30 p.m. in the Kirby Salon on the first floor of Kirby Hall.
The sessions are open to students, faculty, staff, community members — anyone who is interested. No experience is needed. There will be a brief explanation of the practices at the beginning of Tuesday's session. If you can't make it Tuesday, you're welcome to come another week.
