Black History Month Programming Offered

The Wilkes-Barre NAACP (Branch #2306) is holding their slate of Black History Month programming on campus this year.

The first event will be held Monday, Feb. 12, at 6 p.m. in the Ballroom of the Henry Student Center. Wilkes University alum Santana Velez will be leading a discussion on the history of rap and hip-hop and the importance and significance of Black music in American history.
