Take Part in the Community Halloween Party

Student Development and Student Government invite Wilkes' clubs and organizations to participate in our Annual Community Halloween Party. This is an opportunity for Wilkes to provide a safe environment full of Halloween fun for children from the Wilkes community and from local after-school programs.

The event will take place in the late afternoon/early evening on Sunday, Oct. 29.

A couple of key points:
  • All clubs and organizations are invited to host a table.
  • Each club will be responsible for providing its own decorations and activity (i.e. candy for distribution, coloring sheets, small crafts, etc.). Ideas should be submitted to the Interfaith Office for approval.
Please RSVP to Kristin Osipower (kristin.osipower@wilkes.edu or ext. 5904) to confirm your attendance. Space is limited so tables will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

A short organizational meeting for participating clubs will be held on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 11 a.m. in the Student Development Office.
