Wilkes University

Reserve. Ride. Return.

Wilkes University, in cooperation with Enterprise Carshare, is exploring the use of a car sharing program for our campus. No more searching for a new parking space because you needed to leave campus for a short time. Whether it’s running errands, grabbing a quick lunch or dinner with friends, taking a day trip outside the city limits or exploring all the city has to offer, car sharing is a program where you can rent a vehicle 24/7. This program will be open to faculty, staff, and students.

Cars are parked at a dedicated spot on campus. Members can rent a vehicle for an hour, a day, or overnight.  The University programs allows for students- between 18 – 20 years old to join. What's Included:

  • Fuel
  • Physical Damage/Liability Protection
  • 24/7 Member Services & Roadside Assistance

We need your opinion! Think this could be a useful program?  Enterprise Carshare has a short survey to gauge campus interest to determine if bringing the program to campus is viable.  Please visit the following link for the survey:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/ r/FL5KK32.

Over 75 Universities, including Penn State, Lehigh, and Scranton, have partnered with Enterprise Carshare to provide a local, sustainable source of alternative transportation to their campus.
