Gender Revolution Documentary Receives Advance Screening Feb. 7 at Wilkes University
The National Geographic documentary Gender Revolution receives an advance screening at Wilkes University on Tuesday, Feb. 7. The film, which follows reporter Katie Couric as she explores the complexities of gender identity, is being presented at 6 p.m. in Room 107 of Breiseth Hall. The screening is co-sponsored by Wilkes University, the Wilkes University Gender and Sexuality Alliance and the NEPA Rainbow Alliance. The film will be followed by a panel discussion with local community members. The event is free and open to the public.
Meter parking is available along South Franklin Street near Breiseth Hall or free event parking is available in the parking lot of the Henry Student Center, which is located at 84 W. South St. Signs will direct attendees to the screening.
