National Drug & Alcohol Facts Week 2016: Monday, January 25th through Sunday, January 31st.
Generation Rx Are you interested in being a myth buster? If so, this is the week for you! Represented by the Slogan: "Shatter the Myths", National Drug & Alcohol Facts Week is an annual week dedicated to counteracting myths about drugs and alcohol. The program was initially launched in 2010 by scientists at the National Institute on Drug Abuse to crack down on several myths about drugs and alcohol that can be readily accessed on the internet. With the growing prevalence of illicit drug use and abuse, it is important as a university to be aware of and help spread the awareness around our campus and community!!! Look for posters around campus with various drug facts and drug myths!
On Thursday, January 28th APhA's Generation Rx will be hosting Bingo at 6PM in the Miller room.
Come have some fun while mastering your drug facts! Prizes and Snacks will be provided! Hope to see you there!
