Professor Leonard has 35 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry as general manager of various business units driving profit and loss performance. His focus has included the development and execution of new product and technology strategies to grow faster than the overall market. The specific disciplines are new product development, business strategic plans, and start-up of new product lines. He has served as Vice President General Manager of the Power Discrete Division at ON Semiconductor. Professor Leonard earned his Master of Business Administration from Florida Tech in Melbourne, Florida and his BSEE (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Michigan.
