Dr. Patel received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital and a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Patel is certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialists in Pharmacotherapy and Ambulatory Care. Her professional interests include chronic disease management, transitions of care, service implementation, and experiential education.
