Cally Richardson (Ballet) is a native of White Haven, PA. She began her dance training with the Degnan Ballet Center in 2001, and later joined the school’s company Ballet Northeast in 2003. During her time with Ballet Northeast, she performed many lead roles such as Klara, Snow White, Firebird, and the Sugar Plum Fairy, whilst studying under the direction of Kristen Degnan Boonin, Sarah Gravine, Karla Kovatch, and Lynne Marianni.
Throughout her dance training, Cally attended summer intensive programs at The American Academy of Ballet, The Rock School, Saint Louis Ballet Company, Boston Ballet Company School, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Walnut Hill School of the Arts, North Carolina School of the Arts, The US Performing Arts Dance Conservatory at Rutger’s University, as well as the Wilkes University Dance Conservatory.
Her professional career began in 2005, at the age of 11, when she was cast as Clara in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. In 2006, she was recast to the show’s seasonal production. After graduating from Crestwood High School and attending two years at King’s College as a Biology major, she decided to pursue a professional dance career. Cally was cast in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular as an ensemble member in 2013 and 2014, and then joined the cast of “One Man’s Dream II” in Tokyo Disney for the 2015-2016 season.
