The mission of the Wilkes University Payroll Department is to process accurate and timely compensation for University employees and to remit taxes and related deductions. The department will calculate wages based on an approved rate from Human Resources and Financial Aid and process all mandatory and voluntary benefits and deductions and prepare related reports in accordance with University policy and Federal and State laws.
The vision of the Wilkes University Payroll Department will be to assure the financial integrity of the University and satisfy both internal and external customers by continuously working to improve operating efficiencies by expanding processes both departmental and external customers. We will continue to strengthen this relationship and to provide efficient services by taking advantage of new technology and use of the web.
