Biography

Professor Kosicki is Senior Director of Call Center Operations at Solid Cactus in Wilkes-Barre, and serves Wilkes University as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA Program, teaching two Foundation courses. He is the co-author of two books. The first is a college level workbook entitled Information Systems Using DSS Software.  The second, appropriately entitled History of St, Mary's Old Cemetery, is an extension of the work he performed for one of his community service projects, cleaning up, mapping, and documenting a regional church’s old cemetery. He has written articles on eCommerce for the eBiz Insider magazine. He has also been quoted on Wholesalecentral.com and the small business resource site of eCommerce.  Professor Kosicki received his AS in Computer Science from Luzerne County Community College, and his BS in computer information systems and MBA from Wilkes University.
