Dr. Gary L. Gordon

Biography

Dr. Gordon earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola College, Montreal, Canada, his MBA in Marketing, and his Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from Syracuse University.  He has taught previously at the State University of New York College at Oswego, the University of New Brunswick, Morgan State University, and Syracuse University.  In addition, he has served as the Director of Housing for the Oneida Indian Nation of New York and as the Executive Director of the National American Indian Housing Council, headquartered in Washington, DC.  Dr. Gordon has taught classes in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Human Resource Staffing, and Leadership.  Additionally, he has given seminars/workshops on leadership, supervision, performance evaluation, and many others.  Dr. Gordon’s research interests focus on workforce diversity and social responsibility.
