Biography

Ms. Minsavage is a faculty member at Wilkes University, where she is instructor of voice for both the University and the Wilkes Community Conservatory. She received her MM degree in Voice from the Peabody Conservatory of Music, where she was an active member of the Peabody Opera Theatre.

In the fall of 1999, Ms. Minsavage acted as a guest director for the Bucknell Opera Company in Lewisburg, PA. In the summer of 2000, she began the Wilkes Opera Workshop as part of her growing interest in developing performing opportunities for young singers. A mezzo-soprano, Ms. Minsavage maintains an active career as soloist, having appeared with such groups as the Annapolis Chamber orchestra, the Columbia Orchestra, and the Susquehanna Valley Chorale.
