Biography

Ms. Holt-Macey joined Wilkes University in 1998.
Her main responsibilities are all aspects of the experiential, or out-of-classroom, learning that occurs as part of the formal curriculum. These include PHA 403, Pharmacy Experience, in the P-2 year, and the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences in the P-4 year.

for pre-pharmacy students; teaches portions of Pharmaceutical Care Lab I, including aseptic technique, dispensing systems and dispensing law; and is a member of both the School's Executive Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.

Prior to coming to the University, Ms. Holt-Macey...
was co-director of pharmacy at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center. She previously worked as the investigational pharmacist at Penn State University Hospital/The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where she also completed a pharmacy-practice residency.

She received her BS in pharmacy from SUNY at Buffalo and is very active with the Pennsylvania Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
