If the TSC is not able to resolve the issue on the initial call, he or she will have a second-tier technician contact you to help assist in resolving your technology support issue. Your request will be logged into our Help Desk Online(HDO) by a Technology Support Consultants (TSC) and you will receive an email to confirm your support issue.
