The workshops listed here are designed...
to help faculty become comfortable with using WebCT to deliver course information to students.
Note: Workshops this term have been redesigned for CE6, the upgraded version of the course management system that is now available for faculty. All faculty with accounts on WebCT 4.1 now have accounts on CE6. And all course master copies on WebCT 4.1 have been migrated to CE6. To access and work with your master copies on CE6, go to
http://ce6.wilkes.edu and log in with your standard Wilkes username and password.
Caveat: While there are a number benefits to the new system, CE6 is visually and structurally different from its predecessor, so faculty are encouraged to attend workshops (both face-to-face and online). To find out more about CE6, we've set up a description,
What's New for Faculty in CE6, and are taking requests from faculty who wish to set up new course shells to design and develop additional courses. Simply email your request to
elearning@wilkes.edu. Let us know the prefix, number and full catalogue description of your course, and we will get you set up within a day's time.
To sign up for any of these workshops, email your name and the workshop title to
elearning@wilkes.edu. All training sessions will be held in the IT Training Classroom in Bedford Hall. Sessions are limited to eight people.
