- Contact the Wilkes Human Resources Management office for the access key.
- Visit the Element K site.
- Click on the "Student Enrollment" link near the top of the Element K home page and dive in! (Download .pdf-formatted instructions.)
Once you create your login, you can take advantage of the tutorials on your schedule.
Anti-Harassment Training Program Details and Instructions for Element K website
“Preventing Workplace Harassment” is a course intended to prepare participants to deal with difficult workplace issues by focusing on “gray areas” of interpersonal behavior and the law. Interactive scenarios highlight not only sexual harassment but all types of unlawful harassment in the workplace, including race, national origin, and religion. After the completion of this course, participants will have received the practical information they need to sensitize themselves to the topic and to comply with the law.
Instructions for employees to access this course are listed below.
Follow the instructions below to access and begin this course:
- Visit the Element K site.
- Click on the "LOGIN" drop down box, located on the upper-right section of the page.
- Select "STUDENT LOGIN."
- Enter the appropriate Access Key ( 6605-wilkes08-3142)
- Complete the required enrollment information and create a username and password.
- Once you have successfully enrolled, you can access the course via the "Catalog" tab at the top of the page (Harassment Training Option).
