Stories of Success with Eric Allyn
September 10, 2014 | 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Henry Student Center Ballroom, Wilkes University
Every family business member - no matter the generation - needs to hear Eric Allyn’s Board of Directors “Stories of Success” presentation. Eric will reveal exactly what it has taken for Welch Allyn, a 100% family-owned company in the medical device field with over 2,700 employees and revenue over $700M, to get where they are today while maintaining family harmony. From the difficulties of transitioning across generations to the “Family Swim Across Skaneateles Lake” event, you will hear it all. Eric’s presentation highlights just how important company culture and innovation have been throughout five generations of leadership. This is not just another succession story - this is a story of sacrifice and dedication to family while embracing the importance of “never let the family ruin the business.” Those CFBC members who have heard Eric’s story while at a national conference say this presentation should not be missed.
Light reception & registration from 5 until 5:30 p.m. Presentation begins at 5:30 p.m. To RSVP, contact Lorna Galiford at email@example.com or call at (570) 408-4590 for more information.
