All Wilkes Pre-Pharmacy students who meet... a few certain conditions are automatically admitted to the School of Pharmacy's Professional Pharmacy Program. The conditions for Guaranteed Seat admission are:
- Completion of the pre-pharmacy curriculum within 2 years.
- Completion the General Education Requirements.
- An overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Completion of all Wilkes Pharmacy pre-requisites with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher (as calculated at the time of completion of Pre-Pharmacy) with a grade of 2.0 or higher in each pre-requisite course.
- A minimum score of 25 on the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT).
Students in the Pre-Pharmacy Program who do not meet these requirements must compete for available seats in the Professional Program.
The enrollment limit for the Pre-Pharmacy Program is 80 students. The enrollment limit for Professional Pharmacy is 65 students per graduating class.
