A semester fee is charged to all students receiving an on-campus parking permit. Wilkes University,and its authorized representatives, reserves the right to audit any and all parking applications. By clicking submit, you understand that if any of the information on this application is found to be fraudulent, a parking permit will not be issued or your parking permit will be revoked and your money will not be refunded.
Note: Additional vehicles can be registered with Public Safety if permit is issued.
Commuter/Off-Campus parking applications will be accepted beginning today through May 18. Once you have completed the on-line form below, you will receive a notification that it has been received. Applications will be time and date stamped. Please apply ONLY ONCE; multiple forms will not increase eligibility. No other forms (older ones) of the application will be accepted. You will be notified if you will receive a pass or not, approximately August 1. Should you apply after May 18, you will not be informed about receipt of a pass until the week prior to the start of classes.
Please remember that you may also apply for a Ralston Field pass, through Public Safety, beginning on the weekend prior to the start of classes.
If you receive a pass, you will have until the end of the first week of classes to pick it up at Public Safety. If you do not, you will forfeit the pass and it will be given to the next eligible person on the list. There are other parking areas in the neighborhood that do not belong to the University. Watch for signs in windows, etc., if you would like to do so.
