Minor | 18+ credits
Geology is one of the two minors offered by the Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences Department. The minimum requirement for the Geology minor is 18 credits of prequalified environmental EES geology courses (at least 15 credits at the 200 level or above). Only those course credits for which a student has achieved a grade of 2.0 or higher will count toward the minimum requirements. Courses counted toward the Geology minor could not be used for the existing EES minor; however, since there is no geology major, EES majors, like any other major, could pursue a Geology minor.
