  • demonstrate technical competence by their work in industry or by
    success in graduate study
    (PO1)
  • employ emerging technologies and work in cross-disciplinary teams (PO2)
  • design and develop products, processes, systems, and procedures
    consistent with the professional practice
    (PO3)
  • demonstrate cognizance of ethical choices, together with the
confidence to lead, to follow, and to communicate effectively
    (PO4)

Program Outcomes

  1. Apply the core science and mathematics principles to solve engineering problems
  2. Demonstrate ability to design and conduct experiments to provide meaningful answers and collect and interpret experimental data
  3. Apply knowledge of core engineering and computers to integrated process of design and analysis of engineering systems including the contemporary engineering applications of technology
  4. Work individually and in teams to identify and solve complex engineering problems that cut across disciplines
  5. Demonstrate an ability to use information resources efficiently and communicate effectively
  6. Demonstrate an ability to apply analytical skills and creativity to investigate the adequacy of a mechanical design and to make design improvements in consistent with the socio-economic, environment, safety and other contemporary engineering practices.
  7. Integrate humanities and social sciences as part of a well-rounded education to adapt to sociological and technological changes
  8. Develop a sense of economical, social, ethical, and professional issues in the practice of engineering
