Sidhu School of Business and Leadership, you are empowered to take control of your own education and career through a variety of activities, courses, and programs. This entrepreneurial approach teaches you the value of enhancing all aspects of society, in and outside of the traditional business world.
You begin this process in your freshman year when your team conceptualizes, designs, and operates your own business. Your exposure to business tasks builds during the following three years and culminates with the completion of a senior internship.

Our Accounting faculty have had professional accomplishments as unique as developing a business curriculum for the Afghanistan Business Council for Peace, University of Kabul; authoring the book Introduction to the Pharmaceutical Industry; and receiving the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Outstanding Accounting Educator award

Students may also participate in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, gaining practical tax law experience while providing a valuable community service. Students are trained to prepare basic tax returns by the IRS and provide free income tax assistance to individuals of low to moderate income, with disabilities as well as to the elderly.
