Program ReviewVernon B. Harper Jr. - Associate Provost • 210 Weckesser Hall • Program review is the systematic and systemic process of organizational evaluation. At Wilkes, program review stretches across the Academic and Academic Support community from Food Services to Physics. Program review fosters organizational excellence by measuring, benchmarking, and raising the performance of each institutional unit. The seven-year old program review process underwent process evaluation in late 2009, which led to several important recommendations.
