Deborah Zbegner
Ph.D., CRNP

  Dr. Zbegner has over 20 years private practice experience as a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She is currently the DNP Program Director and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with Valley GYN Specialists, Luzerne, PA. Her clinical experience also includes certification in reproductive endocrinology / infertility nursing and obstetrical / gynecological ultrasound. Her areas of interest include infertility, women’s health, and nursing education. She holds membership in the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses,   Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Reproductive Health, and American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. Dr. Zbegner earned her Ph.D. from Widener University, her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Bachelor’s in Nursing from DeSales University.
