Mr. Kelly practices in the areas of corporate and transactional law. He previously practiced with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, Philadelphia, and was a Certified Public Accountant for Price Waterhouse in New York City and Washington, D.C. Mr. Kelly earned his law degree from Villanova Law School and his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
