Partner, Stevens & Lee, Harrisburg, Pa. Mr. Hicks concentrates his practice in corporate litigation and public utility matters, representing telecommunications companies and water, gas and electric utilities before governmental and regulatory agencies, and state and federal courts. He served for ten years in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General as Executive Deputy Attorney General and Director of the Public Protection Division, as Chief Deputy Attorney General and Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and as Assistant Consumer Advocate. Mr. Hicks has been a member of the Adjunct faculty at Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, since 1993. He has a bachelor’s degree in government from Hamilton College, a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law, and a master’s degree in clinical legal education from Temple University School of Law. |
