District Attorney, Luzerne County, Pa. In November of 2007, Ms. Carroll was elected District Attorney of Luzerne County, making her the first woman ever to hold this office. Ms. Carroll is a graduate of the University of Scranton and Temple University School of Law. She has served as an Assistant District Attorney in both Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties. |
