Graduation Information

ATTENTION PROSPECTIVE MAY 2012 BACHELOR’S DEGREE CANDIDATES

• If you have not already done so, you MUST turn in your graduation paperwork, which includes your diploma order, cap-and-gown order, and printed detailed Degree Audit. This Degree Evaluation can be printed via the MyWilkes portal under “My Records” on the Student Services tab. *Follow the page-by-page instructions. The rest of the necessary paperwork is available under Registrar forms on the web, or at the lobby desk in the Student Services Center in UCOM.
  
  

• Be sure to register for GRD 000 A (CRN 10001).
  
  

• This paperwork must be reviewed and signed by you, your advisor, and returned to the Student Services Center in UCOM as soon as possible upon your return to campus for the spring semester to ensure there are no problems with your commencement preparations.

• Necessary graduation paperwork will be mailed to your home address in the near future.  Please review/revise information and return it to the Student Services Center promptly, but no later than APRIL 16, 2012.**   Please contact your advisor if you have any questions about your degree requirements.  If you have not already done so, be sure to register for GRD 000 B (CRN 10002) for this current semester.

 **NOTE – NO students will be added to the May 2012 Commencement list after this deadline.
