New dorm on the block.
Relatively speaking, "321" is very new to campus. It, and a few other buildings in the South River Street neighborhood, were acquired by Wilkes in the fall of 1999.
Apartments in 321 are available to upperclassmen. The building is co-ed, with men and women in separate apartments. A Resident Assistant also lives on premesis. Laundry facilities are located right in the basement.

If you were at Wilkes around 1999...
you might remember living in a dorm nicknamed "Lakeside" Apartments.
This house, with neighbors 325 & 327, 339 and 360 & 362, once made up a group of private apartments owned by Lakeside Realty. In 1999, Wilkes acquired these buildings and converted them into apartment-style dorms, which opened in the fall semester of that year. Alas, there is no lake in sight.
According to a plaque...
on the front of the building, it was constructed circa 1900.
